A Day to Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem

Peace Of Jerusalem

Scripture emphasizes the dynamic relationship between the end-time outpouring of the Spirit on the worldwide Church and God’s plan for Israel’s salvation. The Lord wants believers to stand with Israel and declare, “You are not alone.”

October 4 will mark the next Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem (DPPJ), and the International House of Prayer Missions Base is wholeheartedly supporting this global focus for the Lord’s chosen nation. We would like you to join us in this international prayer event.

Rev. Robert Stearns, Dr. Jack Hayford, and Dr. Paul Cedar are leading this initiative with the goal of mobilizing 100 million people worldwide to intercede for Israel. You can get involved by speaking with others in your local church about participating, forwarding this email, and signing the Call to Prayer Resolution on the DPPJ Website, www.daytopray.com. Then, on October 4, join the live celebration event from Israel on GOD TV (broadcast schedule will be available closer to the event date) or log on to our prayer room webstream to worship and intercede with IHOP–KC.

As a guide leading up to the event, a wide selection of free materials in several different languages is readily available on the DPPJ website, www.daytopray.com. You may want to make use of their free resources, such as posters, prayer cards, videos, flyers, children’s resources, and more.

Thank you for your continued commitment to God’s purposes for Jerusalem and all her inhabitants, and thank you for joining us as we lift Israel in prayer (Psalm 122).

Sincerely,
IHOP–KC Leadership Team
